I just wrote a big comment and then pressed the wrong button and it all disappeared - sums up 2025 perfectly! 🤦I have just discovered your substack and your plans for 2026 sound wonderful - I'll be following along with interest. How does one spot AI content? I would like to avoid and seek out genuine, heart-led spaces. Many blessings x
Yes, yes, YES to all this my lovely. I cannot wait to see what you create in 2026, and I am so excited for more allotment content!! (Which, I think would be improved 1000% with duck content, just saying ;)) I am truly hoping that this year will allow me more time in my own wee garden, illness-wise, but I am buoyed by the idea that even if I can't - I can live vicariously through you! I also yearn for less scrolling time, as AI is honestly melting my brain and fuelling my rage, so perhaps the return to consuming more long-form content and actually taking the time to comment and engage - like in the golden age of blogging - will be the remedy. Anyway - always here, always enjoying and I promise to engage more too!! Lots of love my dear xx
I am 57 years old and have never had any type of social media, I’ve recently discovered substack and am really enjoying dipping into a little reading each day. Being from the US, I originally encountered many unhappy or even angry subscribers, I have since learned to block them and eventually I found you! I think it must have been a grimoire that you shared, you see I create my own journals and love seeing other creations. I know nothing of Witchcraft but am still drawn to The Bower Hare. I do so look forward to your allotment musings, a good rule of thumb where I live is you can’t plant anything out until Memorial Day has passed, the end of May!
So lovely to be in contact Cindy! We have the same rule over here in the UK, I stick by the saying 'Ne'er cast a clout, until May is out!'. Luckily we have a couple of greenhouses so I'll be tucking everything up in there until the cold weather's gone.

Dear Laura,

So happy to have you here x
